The Port State Control Authorities of Asia-Pacific region (Tokyo MoU) have released their Annual Report 2021 together with the 3-year performance listings 2019-2021 for Recognized Organizations and Flag States, respectively.
Based on the released PSC information, INSB Class received ten (10) Inspections and zero (0) RO-related detentions in 2021 (see table 6 of the Tokyo MoU 2021 report). As in 2019 and 2020, INSB Class maintained its flawless quality performance in 2021, with no RO-related detentions recorded.

In terms of the INSB Class 3-year performance overview for the period 2019-2021, (an extract from Tokyo MoU respective Annual Report 2021, Table 12, can be viewed below), INSB Class recorded a total of 56 Inspections with zero (0) RO related detentions being attributed (see below table 12 of Tokyo MoU report).

INSB Class continues to be devoted to promoting safety standards and maintaining a high level of performance in all Port State Control regions.
Note:
INSB Class not reflected in the RO performance table (Table 13, pages 46-47 of the Annual Report 2021) since has less than the needed number of inspections (i.e., ROs involved in 60-179 inspections with zero detentions are not included in that table)
